Ama-electrode e-Alumiweld: Isihluthulelo Sokushisela I-Aluminium Okusebenzayo

Esinye sezici ezivelele ze-electrode ye-Alumiweld ukuthi isebenziseka ngezindlela eziningi. Ayifanele nje kuphela ukushisela i-aluminium ye-manganese-magnesium alloy, kodwa futhi iyazigqaja ngokuhlanganisa izinto ze-aluminium ezahlukene.  Izinduku ze-Alumiweldaziguquguquki nje kuphela, zakhiwe ukuze zikwazi ukumelana nezimo ezinzima, okuhlanganisa nokusetshenziswa kwamanzi olwandle. Lesi sici sibalulekile ezimbonini ezifana nobunjiniyela basolwandle lapho izingxenye ze-aluminium zivame ukuchayeka ezindaweni ezinzima. Ukumelana nokugqwala kwezinduku zokushisela ze-Alumiweld kuqinisekisa ukuthi amalunga ashisiwe agcina amandla nokusebenza ngokuhamba kwesikhathi, ngisho nasezindaweni zasemanzini olwandle. Lokhu kuqina kwenza kube kuhle kakhulu ekwakheni imikhumbi, izakhiwo zasogwini, kanye nezinye izinhlelo zokusebenza zasolwandle lapho ukuthembeka kubalulekile khona.

 

Ukusetshenziswa kwama-electrode e-Alumiweld kuhambisana nezindinganiso zemboni, njengalezo ezisungulwe yi-American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME). Imininingwane ye-ASME A 5.3 E 3003 iqinisekisa ukuthi lawa ma-electrode okushisela ahlangabezana nezindinganiso zekhwalithi eziqinile kanye nokusebenza.
