Incazelo: I-R717 iyi-electrode yensimbi engashisi kakhulu ene-hydrogen sodium coating equkethe i-9% Cr – 1% Mo-V-Nb. Sebenzisa i-DCEP (i-electrode yamanje eqondile) futhi ingashintshwa kuzo zonke izikhundla. Ngenxa yokwengezwa kwenani elincane le-Nb ne-V, insimbi efakiwe inokumelana okuhle kakhulu nokushisa okuphezulu.
Ukusetshenziswa: Isetshenziselwa ukushisela amashubhu ashisayo kakhulu kanye namakhanda ama-boiler ashisa kakhulu nanomfutho ophezulu, njenge-A213-T91/A335-P1 (T/P91), i-A387Cr, i-91 kanye nezinye izakhiwo zensimbi ezingashisi.

Isaziso:
1. I-electrode kumele ibhakwe ihora eli-1 ku-350℃ ngaphambi kokusebenza kokushisela;
2. Kubalulekile ukuhlanza izikali zikawoyela, amanzi kanye nokungcola okugqwalile ezingxenyeni zokushisela ngaphambi kokushisela.
3. Shisisa ingxenye yokushisela ku-200 ~ 260°C ngaphambi kokushisela, bese ugcina izinga lokushisa elihambisanayo le-interpass;
4. Pholisa kancane kancane ku-80 ~ 100°C amahora ama-2 ngemva kokushisela; uma ukwelashwa ngokushisa kungenziwa ngokushesha okukhulu, ukwelashwa kokukhipha i-hydrogen kungenziwa ku-350°CX amahora ama-2.
